White-label artificial intelligence (AI) delivery for managed service providers (MSPs)

Your clients are asking about AI. Sell it as your own.

NUOPTIMA is the delivery team behind MSPs that sell AI. You offer readiness assessments, Microsoft Copilot rollouts, custom agents and managed AI to your clients. We build and run the work at a wholesale price. You set the client price and keep the margin.

Your name on the work. Our team behind it.

You'll speak with Alexej Pikovsky, NUOPTIMA's founder. Bring one client who is asking, and we'll map the first offer and the wholesale price.

  • 0 AI engineers you need to hire. Our team does the building.
  • 4 systems we built, running today for an MSP in the United States (US).
  • 100% of the assessment fee credited toward that client's first build.

Your clients stay yours.

We never sell AI to your clients. Every report, agent and piece of training material carries your brand, and your team stays the one they call.

We put it in writing before any work starts.

Your name on the work. Our team behind it.

The working rules are simple.

Brand
Your client sees your logo, your name and your service.
Support
Your help desk stays the front door. When your team needs us, the ticket comes to ours behind you.
Pricing
We quote you wholesale. You set the client price and bill the client yourself.
Access
We work inside the agreed scope, with the access you grant, and you can revoke it.

Your peers have started selling it.

A 2026 poll of 52 MSP owners in The Tech Tribe community asked where they stand on AI:

  • Already sell AI projects to clients 40%
  • Use AI internally only 36%
  • Still deciding 15%

The work lands in a tenant you already manage.

Copilot can surface any file a user has access to. A knowledge agent is only as safe as the permissions under it. You already run the tenant, the permissions and the security boundary, and your clients already call you when something breaks.

An AI agency your client finds online starts with none of that. You start with all of it.

What you can sell

Sell it one step at a time.

Clients start with an assessment and climb from there. Each step is its own line on your invoice, and the last one bills every month.

  1. Assess.

    AI readiness assessment.

We check the client's Microsoft 365 tenant for data exposure (who can open what, before Copilot can), write their acceptable-use policy, and hand you a findings report to present at their quarterly business review (QBR).

    You bill a fixed fee

  2. Enable.

    Copilot or ChatGPT Team rollout.

We roll out Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT Team to a pilot group, then the whole company, and give your team branded training material so their staff use it on real work.

    You bill a project fee

  3. Build.

    Custom agents.

Knowledge agents that answer staff questions from their SharePoint and Microsoft 365 files. Workflow automations across their customer relationship management (CRM), enterprise resource planning (ERP) and ticketing tools. Drafting agents for the documents they write every week.

    You bill a project fee

  4. Run.

    Managed AI retainer.

We monitor what's live, review who has access, track what AI costs the client each month, and keep improving the agents. You report it at their QBR.

    You bill it every month

Pricing

You set the price. You keep the margin.

  • We quote you a wholesale price for each client.
  • You decide what the client pays.
  • You bill them yourself and keep the difference.

There's no price list, because every client's scope is different. Your quote comes after the partner call.

Illustrative example, not a quote
Per client We charge you You charge You keep
Managed AI (retainer, every month) $1,000 $1,600 $600
Assessment (readiness, one time) $3,000 about $5,000 about $2,000

Managed AI across 10 clients: $600 × 10 =

$6,000 a month

of new margin, or $72,000 a year.

When an assessed client goes on to a build, we credit the full assessment fee toward it.

How it works

Four steps to your first AI invoice.

  1. Partner call.

Tell us which clients are asking about AI and what you sell today. You'll leave knowing what we'd build first and how the wholesale price works.

  2. White-label agreement.

We put the promise on your clients and your branding rules in writing before any work starts.

  3. First assessment.

Pick one client who's already asking. We run the readiness assessment under your brand, and you present the findings.

  4. Build and run.

We build what the client approves and run it behind you. You bill it as your own service.

How to sell it

What works when MSPs sell AI.

We worked out the sales motion inside an MSP before we offered it to partners. Every partner gets the full playbook. These six moves carry it.

  1. Open with a free session. Charge for the assessment.

A 30-minute AI briefing for the client's leadership opens the door. The paid readiness assessment is the first sale, and the review that follows every quarter is where the recurring revenue sits.

  2. Sell it on the security budget.

AI readiness is a data exposure question: what leaves the business today, and who can open what. Security already has a budget line and a reason to act this quarter.

  3. Keep the room small.

Invite the owner, the person who runs operations and whoever decides on technology. Three to five people. Any more and the questions dry up.

  4. Ask three questions and write the answers down.

Which AI tools do people here use? What data would you never want inside one? Who decides which tools are allowed? The answers are the first draft of the client's policy.

  5. Start from what is already happening.

The client's staff already use AI. Show what is flowing where, then offer the controls. The message is that AI is fine and uncontrolled adoption is the risk.

  6. Describe what it does. Send the price in writing.

Talk about what a control does and leave product names out. Present the cases as plain facts. The quote follows the session, on paper.

Built for a US MSP. Running today.

Our founder runs growth at a managed service provider in the United States. These four systems were built for that MSP and run for it today.

  • Sales call scoring.

    Live since September 2026

Grades every discovery, qualification and proposal call against a fixed framework, and is used every day.

  • Market intelligence briefing.

    Running today

Gathers industry signals on a schedule and drafts a newsletter every two weeks for a person to review.

  • Social content drafting.

    Running today

Drafts the next month of posts from what performed recently and the latest newsletter. A person approves every post.

Questions

What to know before the call

Does my client ever see NUOPTIMA?

Not in the AI work. Everything your client sees carries your brand: reports, agents and training material. Your team presents the findings and takes the support calls.

Will you sell AI to my clients?

No. We never sell AI to your clients. That promise, your branding rules and the escalation terms go in writing before any work starts. We also keep white-label partners out of our own marketing.

Who supports the client?

You do, the same way you support everything else you manage. Your help desk stays the front door. When a ticket needs us, your team hands it to ours and we work it behind you.

How do pricing and my margin work?

We quote you a wholesale price for each client. You set the client's price, bill them yourself and keep the difference. The worked example in the pricing section shows how that adds up. The assessment fee is credited in full toward the first build.

What happens to client data?

We work with the access you grant for the agreed scope and nothing more, and you can revoke it at any time. Data handling terms are agreed in writing before any work starts, and we'll walk you through them on the partner call.

What do you need from us?

A named owner on your team, access to the client's environment for the agreed scope, and a client who's asking about AI. You don't need to hire anyone or learn to build agents.

How is this different from MSP AI advisory?

MSP AI advisory puts AI to work inside your own MSP: sales call scoring, client sentiment monitoring, content and reporting. This page covers what you sell to your clients. Plenty of MSPs do both.

How do we start?

Book a partner call. If it's a fit, we put the promise, branding rules and escalation terms in writing, pick your first client and start with a readiness assessment.

Bring us the client who keeps asking about AI.

On the call, you'll talk through that client, what we'd build first and what it would cost you wholesale.

Your name on the work. Our team behind it.
