Best Managed IT Service Providers in Miami | 2026

Eight Miami managed IT firms from Brickell to Coral Gables, compared on support hours, published prices, Google ratings and who each one fits.

This page compares eight firms offering managed information technology (IT) services, all candidates for the best managed IT services in Miami. All eight are managed service providers (MSPs) with an office in Miami-Dade.

It is written for owners and office managers at companies of 20 to 300 people choosing a first provider or replacing one that stopped answering the phone. Large enterprises with their own IT department, one-time repair jobs and companies outside South Florida will find better lists elsewhere.

Several also handle phones through voice over internet protocol (VoIP), cabling, Wi-Fi and cameras. The numbers on the entries help you move around the page; they are not a ranking from best to worst, so match each "Best fit" line to your own situation.

How this list was built

Every firm had to pass four checks:

  1. Verified at the source. Facts come from the provider's own website and its Google Business Profile. Clutch (hourly rates) and LinkedIn (team counts, founding years) appear only where a fact card says so.
  2. A Miami presence. An office in Miami-Dade or a Miami service area named on the firm's own site.
  3. An ongoing managed services offer. A monthly support relationship, with projects as an extra.
  4. A live site that is clearly the company. The homepage loads and matches the business behind the Google listing.

We left out firms with "MSP" in their name, directories and lead pages, sites that were under construction or redirected to a different company, and firms whose site does not name Miami. Facts were last reviewed on November 7, 2026.

Each entry opens with a fact card. Review summaries are our reading of each firm's most recent Google reviews (up to 40), pulled in November 2026. Pricing marked Clutch is the hourly band the firm reports on its Clutch profile. Team counts and founding years marked LinkedIn come from the firm's LinkedIn page. Fields we could not confirm are left off the card.

Compare the top managed IT companies in Miami

Each row shows the firm's headquarters (HQ), nearest office or stated service area, its Google rating, its support coverage and one thing it is known for. Google ratings are from each firm's Google Business Profile, read in November 2026. Under Google, n/a means we found no rating we could match to the firm; under Support, it means we could not confirm its support hours.

BCA IT homepage, November 2026

BCA IT has been in business since 1990. It works from two Miami-Dade addresses, one in Brickell and one in Doral. The managed plan is sold as unlimited IT support for a flat monthly fee. It includes help desk support, network administration and a virtual chief information officer (vCIO), the person who plans your technology budget and upgrades. Its service list also covers co-managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud and managed VoIP.

Two details are worth knowing. BCA is a Sage Authorized Partner for enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, which matters if your distribution or manufacturing business lives inside accounting software. It names a Miami law firm, TA PLLC, among its clients and sells a backup plan called TOTALRecovery. Its industry pages cover law firms, manufacturers and distributors, construction and medical offices.

Best fit: Distributors, manufacturers and law firms that want one flat bill with a strategy lead built in.

Think twice if: You want a firm focused only on IT support; BCA is also a Sage Authorized Partner, so ask whether the same team handles your support and any ERP work.

Lansight Technology homepage, November 2026

Founded in 2002 and still run by co-founder and Managing Partner Tony Gomez, Lansight Technology works out of an office on Alhambra Circle in Coral Gables. Its site names law firms, accounting firms, financial and professional services, healthcare and real estate among the clients it supports. The core offer is managed IT with a help desk, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365 and cloud support, and onsite visits when a remote fix will not do.

The service to know about is infrastructure relocation. Lansight plans and coordinates the technology side of office moves for Miami and South Florida businesses, aiming to keep downtime low while work goes on. Google reviewers keep coming back to long relationships, with several clients saying they have used the firm for more than ten or fifteen years.

Best fit: Law, healthcare and real estate offices in Coral Gables and central Miami, especially ones planning a move.

Think twice if: Your staff work nights or weekends; ask what after-hours coverage the managed plan includes and how it is billed.

It charges one flat monthly rate with no ticket limits and no surprise invoices. On-site and remote support run during business hours, and systems are monitored around the clock. The firm says most new clients are fully integrated within 30 days.

What stands out is how openly it talks about staffing. SubIT says ongoing training, paid certifications and performance bonuses keep technician turnover low, and that its team holds certifications from Microsoft, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Cisco and CompTIA. It publishes a customer satisfaction score of 96% or higher. Its managing partner founded a separate company, SubAI, and SubIT offers managed artificial intelligence (AI) services through it, focused on business automation. Compliance pages cover healthcare, financial services, legal, education and government clients.

Best fit: Growing healthcare, finance and legal firms that want a fixed bill and a provider that works to keep technician turnover low.

The firm describes itself as locally owned and partner managed, with a team of more than 17 professionals and an office on NW 151st Street in Miami.

Internos can run all of your IT or work alongside an in-house person in a co-managed setup, and its certified engineers average more than ten years of field experience. Its industry pages cover accounting, law, manufacturing and logistics, and small business, and some Google reviewers mention technicians who explain the fix as they go.

Best fit: Law and accounting firms that want to test a provider without signing a long contract.

DAG Tech is a multi-city firm. It is headquartered in Santa Monica and lists local offices in 13 cities, from New York and Washington to London and Sydney. For compliance, it says it maintains Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC), System and Organization Controls (SOC) 2 and National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) frameworks and keeps the paperwork ready for audits. Co-managed support is available for companies with IT staff.

Best fit: Multi-office or audit-heavy companies that want a published price and a 24/7 desk.

iFeeltech homepage, November 2026

Founded in 2003, iFeeltech relocated to Miami in 2010 and now works from 60 SW 13th Street. It publishes its price: $213 per employee per month, shown inside a managed IT cost calculator on its own site. Its stated hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, with 24/7 proactive monitoring, plus emergency support for managed clients, and the firm lists a 99.9% uptime service level agreement (SLA).

Miami offices will notice two strengths. It offers bilingual support in English and Spanish. And it builds the physical network as well as supporting it: network cabling, UniFi networks, security cameras, access control and VoIP phones, all from one vendor. Its Miami service is designed for offices of 10 to 100 employees, and Google reviewers describe relationships that run for years and fixes explained in plain terms.

Best fit: Offices of 10 to 100 people that want one firm to design the network and then support it.

Think twice if: You have more than 100 staff or need weekend help desk coverage; its Miami plans are sized for 10 to 100 employees and its stated hours are weekdays, with Saturday by appointment.

Advanced Networks homepage, November 2026

Advanced Networks writes for hotels, restaurant groups and bars as much as for offices. From its headquarters at 900 S Miami Ave, with a second team in New York, it handles guest Wi-Fi, point of sale networks, cameras and cabling alongside regular managed IT. Its Miami Beach page says the firm has spent more than 20 years supporting hotels, resorts, restaurants and high-end bars across South Florida.

The appeal is one vendor for both sides. The company that pulls the cable and installs the Wi-Fi also runs the 24/7 US-based help desk. It supports property management system integration for hotels, applies security policies built for Payment Card Industry (PCI) rules on payment systems, and lists partnerships with Microsoft, VMware and Dell. Its corporate pages name law firms, financial institutions and real estate offices in Brickell and Downtown.

Best fit: Hotels, restaurant groups and Brickell offices that want the cabling contractor and the help desk to be one company.

Think twice if: You run a medical practice or a manufacturer; ask for references outside hospitality and professional offices.

What Google reviewers say: Knowledgeable, hands-on team that responds quickly to business IT issues. Our summary of the 29 most recent Google reviews, November 2026. The firm replied to 2 of them.

Founded in 1987, CompuSOURCE works from an office on SW 129th Street in Miami. Managed IT is sold for a flat monthly fee, with 24/7/365 proactive monitoring and emergency technical support. Its homepage says the local help desk responds remotely within minutes, with technicians ready to dispatch for urgent on-site work.

The range goes past computers. CompuSOURCE sets up cloud VoIP and says it runs its own phone switches, so it controls the service with little or no third party involved. It also offers cybersecurity monitoring, installs video surveillance, and it sells temporary internet plans for hotel conferences and music festivals. Google reviewers describe a hands-on team, with one law firm owner saying the firm has maintained the practice's computers for several years.

Best fit: Small offices that want phones, cameras and computers handled by one vendor.

Think twice if: You want a provider that does only managed IT and security; CompuSOURCE also runs phone, camera and event internet lines, so ask who owns your account day to day.

How to choose a managed IT provider in Miami

Start with how each firm charges. DAG Tech starts at $88 per user per month and iFeeltech lists $213 per employee per month. BCA, SubIT, Internos and CompuSOURCE sell a flat monthly fee. Whichever model you get, ask for the quote in writing per user so you can line the offers up.

Next, read the support hours closely, because "24/7" covers different things. BCA, Advanced Networks and DAG Tech describe a 24/7 help desk. SubIT and iFeeltech state business hours for people and monitor systems around the clock, and CompuSOURCE offers 24/7 emergency support. If your team works hotel night shifts or weekend events, ask who answers at 11pm on a Saturday and what that call costs.

Exit terms deserve as much attention as onboarding. Internos offers no long-term contracts and a 90-day guarantee with help moving to another firm, and SubIT says most clients are fully onboarded within 30 days. Ask every provider for the notice period, any termination fee, and what you get back when you leave: admin passwords, network diagrams and backups.

Compliance is the last filter. Medical offices need a provider that knows HIPAA, and hotels and restaurants that take cards need PCI experience. If your staff work in Spanish, test the help desk in Spanish; iFeeltech states English and Spanish support.

Questions to ask on the first call:

  • What is the price per user, and what is billed outside the flat fee?
  • Who answers after hours, and what response time goes into the service level agreement?
  • How many technicians work from your Miami office, and who will be our main contact?
  • How long is the contract, and what do we receive if we leave?
  • Can we speak with two current clients in our industry?

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How much do managed IT services cost in Miami?

DAG Tech and iFeeltech both publish a price on their sites. DAG Tech's managed plans start at $88 per user per month, and iFeeltech lists a rate of $213 per employee per month on its own cost calculator. BCA IT, SubIT, Internos Group and CompuSOURCE sell a flat monthly fee, so ask each one for a written quote broken down per user and a list of anything billed outside the fee.

What does a managed IT plan usually include?

It differs by firm, so compare the written scope. BCA IT's flat-fee plan includes network administration and a virtual chief information officer (vCIO) for planning, and SubIT says its flat rate has no ticket limits. Ask which projects, such as office moves or new hardware, are billed separately.

Can I get IT support in Spanish in Miami?

iFeeltech states bilingual support in English and Spanish on its Miami page. If your staff work mainly in Spanish, ask every provider on your shortlist whether the help desk and the on-site technicians can handle a full support call in Spanish, and ask to speak with a Spanish-speaking technician before you sign.

How hard is it to switch managed IT providers?

Onboarding takes planning: SubIT says most new clients are fully integrated within 30 days. Before you sign, check the contract length and exit terms. Internos Group offers no long-term contracts and a 90-day guarantee with help moving to another firm. Make sure you will get admin passwords, network diagrams and backups back if you leave.
